My Healthy Hair Revolution

For the last two months I have not touched my hair with heat *pat on the back* !!! I'm realy proud of myself...before I used to heat treat my hair like every two days....and now I cringe at the thought of having to straighten/curl/blowdry my hair!

I have been using intensive oil treatment every time before I wash my hair... its a mix of coconut almond and castor oil heated in the microwawe and applied to the hair.   I absolutely adore this, it moisturises my hair like nothing else and leaves it feeling soft smooth and looking shiny.   If I do want volume or wave in my hair i will jst use rollers or frech plait my hair.   But ussualy i jst leave it how it is wen it naturally dries and I'm good to go.

I also started trimming my hair regulary...and I knw u might be thinkin you must have money but I DO IT MYSELF! Every 6 weeks or when i start seeing that my hair is splitting I trim my hair by about 1 cm and its really easy. Just work your way up by sectioning really thin bits of ur hair and you will instantly refresh your cut.  I have layers and i dnt ruin my hair doing; this trust me it works.

I knw this post is kind of long but I really want to let you all knw that everyone can have beautiful, healthy shiny, soft hair.  The reason I didint say long is because I believe your hair should be healthy before its long!! Thats the reason I trim quite often so I can get any dead ends off!!!!

Please if you have any hair tips leave them in the comments below so that I can try them out!!! thanks xxx

Tinted Foundation!!!!

Yes, yes i knw what I typed...tinted foundation? You might be thinkin 'what the hell?'
But lately I've been hating how foundation looks on my skin because its winter and i find my skin is on the dry side but foundation makes it oily....its really weird.

So wot ive been doing is actually is mixing my liquid foundation with an oil free moisturiser...
The ones i use is Maybeline 'Superstay' liquid foundation and Clean&Clear shine control moisturiser....
And I LOVE it, it makes my skin look naturally flawless just because im not hiding everything
It covers up discolorations and uneveness which is what I need!!!
I love this is a one step moisturiser and foundation in the morning so I can spend a couple more minutes in my warm bed!

Whatt have you been loving this week?

Photoshoot, Religious war And FOTD

So I haven't blogged in far too long ...and I do appologise! I've been busy with school and its hard to sit down and write without getting distracted by other things.  I've actually not been wearing much makeup lately but I did do a photoshoot with two friends of mine for my portfolio so that was super exiting.

This is the makeup im wearing today

And here are my two favorite pics from the photoshoot...

Apart from that I was watching the movie 'The Body' yesterday and got really worked up/insprired to share my opinion so I ended up posted this on my facebook :

'Im not the religious one but I know that beliefs are not based on facts, they are based on what people have in their heart. So I don't care if you're Christian, Jewish or Muslim you need to stop the rediculous need to prove your religion exists and more importantly who Jeruselam really belongs too. We are all children of God and we should all respect each others beliefs! No one should be threatened to believe in their hearts!'

How is the weather where u live?
