yhyh boring medical stuff coming from me... but its easy and tasty if you like cranberry and blueberry juice! oh and pomegranate...

i personally am an ocean spray girl just because im a sucker for brands but i have tasted cranberry juice from other brands and it didint taste ...right shall i say.  all of these juices are great for getting your antioxidants, vitamin c and other goodies which i dnt remember and im too lazy to go and read the carton.  now if your not the type to care about your inside well then its also all very good for your skin...blueberry is known for its anti ageing and healing properties and cranberry juice will perk up your skin because of all the vitamin c.   so if you dnt care about being healthy then al least think about your skin and to be honest it tastes so good your not exactly missing out. 

im not going to go of on a tangent and strart ranting about people who dnt take care of themselves because i dnt wna be pissed off for the rest of the morning lol.  but if u are one of those ppl who think life is too short to look at what you eat do u understand its only gna be shorter if you dnt look????

Little Haul

i was in morrisons with my mum jst food shopping and as usual i had to go through the beauty section and i picked up a few things...

so i bought 3 'Nair' hair removal creams the guy at the check out must of been thinking this bitch is hairy... lol... but the only reason i bought 3 is because they were only £1 each!!! rediculously cheap!!!
i was running out of my facial wash which is the tea tree foaming wash from superdrug... so i decided to go for the garnier clean detox which is for normal skin but i thought ill give it a go its a really thick gel. ill do a review once i use it for a few weeks!

Sugar 'n' Spice and all things nice!

i have been fairly obsessed with all things christmas! and i knw halloween hasant even passed but autumn/winter are my love! dont get me wrong i do love the hot weather but i jst love CHRISTMAS!!!

i have picked up 4 candles in the last 24 hours, i knw pathetic right?

glade candles : in winter berry and apple and cinnamon | morrisons candles : midnight garden and stwarberry and pomegranate

i have also been loving tea once again the whole curl up on the couch warm and cosy theme! i knw sad!

these are health & heather teas i got in Holland and Barret the apple and cinammon smells so good

so yhh sad i knw oh and i bought the movie 'Maid of Honour' (btw im a rom-com junky) ok so thats it for my post of to eat now!

Outfit And Face of the Day

i wore this look on the friday that jst went! i absolutely love red lips and hope that you do too!

 im wearing a simple white west , red jacket and a patterned waist skirt

 for accesories i had huge pearl studs and a simple really thin silver chain with a tiny heart pendant

 kept the eye super simple with a tiny contour and winged liner

cool toned bright Matte red lip!



dnt be afraid to go being the 'normal' im barely 16 and wore this to college! and yes u will get looks but all their thinking is ' wow i wish i had as much confidence as that girl' xx

Somethings girls just have to carry!

hey... guys and gals, i was inspired by my friend dami who also blogs to create my own mini emergency kit so i did!

it contains:

tampons (if you cnt use them you can put in pads ,whatever) - because you never knw
skin wipes - because you can use them as tissue to remove ur makeup and lots of other ways
chapstick - because during winter ur lips get dry and i hate vaseline
hair slides - incase you haveing a bad hair day
hair band - just because your doing your chemistry practical you dnt have to burn your hair
nail file - theres nothing more annoying than breaking your nail and it scratcing you all day
black eyeliner pencil - you can spruce up any day look in seconds to make it going out appropriate
pain killers - last but defo not least they always come in use!

as you can see it all fits in a small sized convienient purse!



et voila! just pop in your bag and ur ready for whatever the day brings!xx

College Ramble

sooo... sitting in college waiting for school to go out jst so i dnt need to go home by myself...i knw sad...damis here yey!! lol i dno wot i wna talk about! oh im going fuertoventura in feb so im really exited! and a friend jst called me a giant wtf? anyway... how do you guys not get distracted in college ! its hard all this free time and no structure its hard...yesterday i slept in with olive oil in my hair and my hair has never been smoother i love it! i think thats about it and yhh ... peace out! xx

Job Hunting

so i went out today with a fellow blogger to job hunt! to be honest nothing too exiting went down jst gave out our cv's to a few places me picking the makeup and skin her the fashion but yhh.

dnt mind the eyebrows they need plucking

ok so the most exiting part of the day was definatly the SHOES! we went to a new look and they had a HUMOUNGUS shoe section! i fell in love with a pair of black sherlings! i really wnt them i love them!

these but in black they are so comfy its unbelievable!

What Ruined My Skin

soooo.....i want to personaly kill this product! it ruined my skin and im so devistated(its back to normal now).  its the Clean&Clear Exfoliating Daily Wash! dont buy it it makes ur skin dry ,breaks you out and smells like mens shaving foam. i also finally realised that this was the reason why my skin got really really dry last summer. right now im against all products that have exfoliating beads as they create micro-tears in your skin and carry around bacteria and inforct ur face! instead to fix my skin i have been using the body shop facial brush twice a day it cost £3 and is a good replacement if you are craving a clarasonic!
